- A personalized macro count based on the clients starting age, weight, height, exercise intentions, current medical conditions and goals.
- 1 Day Sample Meal Plan Template: Macro coaching gives the client the ability to make up their own daily meal plans be following the amount of protein, carbs and fat that I prescribe for them. This one day sample template will give clients a SAMPLE of how to start to build their first day of eating with my suggested macro tracking app. Please note: these templates are NOT custom they are just generic to be used as a reference.
- Food Source List detailing what are the best proteins, carbs and fats to choose
- 5 Macro Friendly Recipes
- Personalized Macro adjustments as needed. Please note: it is your responsibility to send your check in 1x/week for the whole duration of the program.
- 8 Weekly Online Coach Check Ins for accountability and progress updates

- Access to weekly “Office Hours” Tuesday at 11am through Zoom or through the private Facebook page to go over group Q+As
