A step-by-step process to help you understand your body, discover what it means to heal your hormone + gut health, and create sustainable habits that won’t disrupt your life.

Meet the Coaches

Amy Howe is a Stress Reduced Fat Loss Practioner and Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist.
 
My health journey began 4 years ago when I entered early menopause at the early age of 32.
 
I gained a rapid 30lbs, started having anxiety, stress management issues, absent periods, constipation, water retention and more. 
 
I went to my family doctor and he prescribed an anti depressant but I wasn’t depressed, I was concerned.  I had been a personal trainer and a nutrition coach for over a decade at that time and had competed in 8 fitness shows.   I KNEW how to lose weight BUT this time around, my body was unable.      Seeing as I was going to get no assistance from my family doctor, I decided to go back to school and learn how to help not only myself but other women who are struggling with similar issues such as exhaustion, weight gain, fatigue, hair loss, lack of periods, menopause symptoms and more.
 
I knew I had to totally revamp my diet, ditch all of the chemicals I was using on my body and in my home, and allow myself time to heal. 
 
And that was just the beginning of my healing journey.
 
Over the next 3 years, I learned how to manage my stress and figure out how to structure my lifestyle to support my body and health.
 
All of this led me to my passion for hormonal balance and sexual health. Because it feels really fucking sexy to be empowered with the knowledge to heal your own body.
 
Taking care of your body isn’t just about food and exercise, it’s also about how you live your life.
 
It’s about experiencing joy. It’s about your confidence, your connection to your feminine energy and knowing that you deserve to feel good in your body ALL MONTH LONG
 
 
My name is Arielle (Ari-Elle). Everyone mispronounces my name. 
 
I’m a certified fitness coach, nutritionist, and hormonal nutrition coach. 
 
Although I’m only 26 years young, I have quite a bit of history with hormones, over exercising, and disordered eating.
 
I’ve always been athletic and played so many competitive sports since the age of five: from figure skating, travel soccer, national jump rope champion, and a fitness competitor. I’m no stranger to the hustle, dedication, and stress an athlete endures. 
 
When I was in the 7th grade, I began a very unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. I had bouts of anorexia, binge eating disorder, and body dysmorphia. I carried this with me throughout high school and into college. I knew I had to make a change. 
 
I graduated from St Clair College from the Health & Fitness program and learned so much about the different systems of the human body and its functions. 
 
Because I sabotaged my hormones from a very young age (disordered eating, birth control, high levels of stress), it caused me to have irregular menstrual cycles — I even lost my cycle for 3 years from the age of 19-22. My hormones spun out of control and I gained 40lbs in the matter of months despite eating right and exercising regularly. I was sick and tired of feeling puffy, inflamed, bloated, having major insomnia, and hearing my doctor prescribe me medications I didn’t want to be on. I spent two years running in circles trying to get my doctor on the same page to heal my hormones naturally, to which he replied was “not possible” and dismissed my concerns. 
 
I then studied to have my second nutrition certification; one specifically for hormone health. I then learned that you CAN get your hormones back in check by properly balancing your exercise and eating for your hormones.
 
Fast forward to today:
I am now HEALED, THRIVING, and a new mom!
 
I have helped hundreds of women not only look, but feel their absolute best. I help guide and create long-term plans and solutions to metabolic and hormonal problems by providing tools to better understand proper nutrition for balanced, functional bodies.

How quickly will I see results?

A lot of my students see small wins within the first few weeks, but I am unapologetically honest when I tell you that true, long-term results take time. Healing is a marathon, not a sprint and what we do now impacts our cycle health in 100 days – so you need to be willing to show up consistently for 3-6 months +. This program is not a “30 day quick fix” because those don’t work. Trust me, I wish they did but I would be doing you a disservice if I told you otherwise. This program is about sustainable lifestyle changes, and I recommend taking 3-4 months to implement the material

What if I need more support?

I am confident with easy access to information, resources, the message board and the ease of my private nutrition software that you will be well supported on this 4 week journey.
 

Will this work for me?

While I can’t guarantee results, I can say that every client who has followed my hormone balancing programs and shown up consistently has met their goals. This program is designed to work if you work it.

Is there anyone who should not join this program?

This 4 week online program is for all women who are looking to have a better understanding of their how to fuel their bodies and finally succeed at their physical and mental goals.   I would not recommend for anyone currently pregnant.

I want to do this, but I am a really picky eater, can I still take advantage?

I truly mean this so lovingly, but that’s something you have to be open to working on. You are an adult and you are in charge of your own plate. The body thrives on balanced meals that consist of variety and limited meals or repetitive meals are a major contributor to inflammation. If you’re here it is likely that your current habits aren’t benefiting your health, so you get to decide what is more important to you right now. There’s no wrong answer and no judgement!  All clients will be provided access to omnivore and carnivore meal plans to help you build your own day of eating in combo with this program.  Lots of variety and flexibility for all.

I am vegan/ vegetarian, will this program work with for?

Yes! This program will accommodate vegan / vegetarian diets.

I have a history of disordered eating, is this program going to be okay for me?

We have had clients in this program who have a history of disordered eating and they’ve really thrived. With that being said, it is your job to determine if you’re ready for something like this. We don’t damn any foods around here, but we do reevaluate nutrition in a way that can best serve your goal of healthy hormones. I recommend working with a therapist or healthcare provider in conjunction with this course to ensure that you are feeling confident about the work you’re doing.

Will I be receiving a set meal plan for this program?

No! All clients will be receiving calories, macronutrient and micronutrient targets specific body should be eating based on their age, height, weight and activity level.   Once that information is calculated, you will be able to choose recipes from my recipe guides in order to hit your required calorie and macro goals for the day! Super easy and no restriction!

We if I buy the program and I change my mind when we begin?

Unfortunately, do the electronic nature of the materials that you will have access to as of the program start date, there will be no refunds or extensions if you do not wish to proceed with me towards your short term health and hormone goals.  Please make sure you are ready to go and committed to a healthier you prior to registering.

I don’t live near your fitness studios Howe Fit – will that be an issue?

Absolutely not!  All of my current professional programming can be accessed all online.

Will I be getting weekly check ins with this program?

No individual check ins will be given with this program.  You will taking your starting front and side photos and then putting them in comparison at the end of the first 4 weeks to see program progress.  If you are looking for more accountability and to work with me 1:1, I would highly recommend booking a free consult to discuss my 16 Week – Howe to Thrive Program.

Do I get to speak to a coaching individually?

Yes! Included within this program is one – 30 minute private Zoom coaching session with Holistic Nutritionist Arielle DiMenna to discuss your symptoms and answer any questions you have in regards to the educational handouts, app and materials.   This call is your responsibility to book through my online booking software within the 4 weeks of the program.
