Heal your Hormones is an interactive virtual course teaching you all the tools to balance and reprogram your body and hormones through an intuitive and all encompassing healing approach using Amy and Arielles’s proven protocols. MODULE 1: HEALTHY GOAL SETTING
We kick off Module 1 by setting the tone for success. We talk about accountability, expectations, and how to set healthy goals. When all of this is said and done, you need a solid foundation and a WHY for committing to changing your life.
MODULE 2: HORMONES 101
We enter Module 2 discuss what hormone balance and what hormone imbalance looks like and a brief introduction to all of the reproductive hormones and what there roles and responsibilities are.
MODULE 3: ROOTS OF IMBALANCE STRESS
Summarizing the main underlying causes of major health concerns for women
Discussing how stress can manifest as other symptoms, and how to manage stress for optimal health.
MODULE 4: ROOTS OF IMBALANCE SLEEP
In this module we will discuss the dangers of inadequate sleep, and its effects on your hormones.

How quickly will I see results?
What if I need more support?
Will this work for me?
While I can’t guarantee results, I can say that every client who has followed my hormone balancing programs and shown up consistently has met their goals. This program is designed to work if you work it.
Is there anyone who should not join this program?
This 4 week online program is for all women who are looking to have a better understanding of their how to fuel their bodies and finally succeed at their physical and mental goals. I would not recommend for anyone currently pregnant.
I want to do this, but I am a really picky eater, can I still take advantage?
I truly mean this so lovingly, but that’s something you have to be open to working on. You are an adult and you are in charge of your own plate. The body thrives on balanced meals that consist of variety and limited meals or repetitive meals are a major contributor to inflammation. If you’re here it is likely that your current habits aren’t benefiting your health, so you get to decide what is more important to you right now. There’s no wrong answer and no judgement! All clients will be provided access to omnivore and carnivore meal plans to help you build your own day of eating in combo with this program. Lots of variety and flexibility for all.
I am vegan/ vegetarian, will this program work with for?
Yes! This program will accommodate vegan / vegetarian diets.
I have a history of disordered eating, is this program going to be okay for me?
We have had clients in this program who have a history of disordered eating and they’ve really thrived. With that being said, it is your job to determine if you’re ready for something like this. We don’t damn any foods around here, but we do reevaluate nutrition in a way that can best serve your goal of healthy hormones. I recommend working with a therapist or healthcare provider in conjunction with this course to ensure that you are feeling confident about the work you’re doing.
Will I be receiving a set meal plan for this program?
No! All clients will be receiving calories, macronutrient and micronutrient targets specific body should be eating based on their age, height, weight and activity level. Once that information is calculated, you will be able to choose recipes from my recipe guides in order to hit your required calorie and macro goals for the day! Super easy and no restriction!
We if I buy the program and I change my mind when we begin?
Unfortunately, do the electronic nature of the materials that you will have access to as of the program start date, there will be no refunds or extensions if you do not wish to proceed with me towards your short term health and hormone goals. Please make sure you are ready to go and committed to a healthier you prior to registering.
I don’t live near your fitness studios Howe Fit – will that be an issue?
Absolutely not! All of my current professional programming can be accessed all online.
Will I be getting weekly check ins with this program?
No individual check ins will be given with this program. You will taking your starting front and side photos and then putting them in comparison at the end of the first 4 weeks to see program progress. If you are looking for more accountability and to work with me 1:1, I would highly recommend booking a free consult to discuss my 16 Week – Howe to Thrive Program.
Do I get to speak to a coaching individually?
Yes! Included within this program is one – 30 minute private Zoom coaching session with Holistic Nutritionist Arielle DiMenna to discuss your symptoms and answer any questions you have in regards to the educational handouts, app and materials. This call is your responsibility to book through my online booking software within the 4 weeks of the program.
