My health journey began when I entered early menopause at the age of 32.

I rapidly gained 30lbs, started having anxiety/stress management issues, absent periods, constipation, water retention and more.

My family doctor prescribed an anti-depressant, but I wasn’t depressed; I was concerned.  I’d been a personal trainer and a nutrition coach for over a decade, and had competed in 8 fitness shows. I KNEW how to lose weight, but this time, my body was unable. I was going to get no assistance from my family doctor, so I decided to go back to school and learn how to help not only myself, but other women who are struggling with similar issues such as exhaustion, weight gain, fatigue, hair loss, lack of periods, menopause symptoms and more.

Over the next 3 years, I learned how to manage my stress and figure out how to structure my lifestyle to support my body and health.

All of this led me to my passion for hormonal balance and sexual health. Because it feels really f*cking sexy to be empowered with the knowledge to heal your own body.
